For this year’s annual State of the Workplace report, we analyzed 443M+ hours of actual work activity across 163,638 employees at 1,111 organizations. It’s one of the most comprehensive and objective studies of workplace productivity to date, with new insights in four key areas: AI adoption and impact, productivity, employee well-being and engagement and work locations.
Key findings:
- Productive hours increased 5% even as workdays got shorter
- 80% of employees now use AI tools, up from 53%
- Time spent in AI tools increased 8x
